How much is delivery?

We deliver express, nation-wide at a flat rate of $12.50. Discounts apply based on spend and will be automatically applied at the checkout - spend $99+ and receive free express shipping.

What forms of payments do you accept?

We use Shopify Payments as our primary payment provider for all online orders; Shopify Payment supports Visa, Mastercard, Shop Pay, Google Pay and Apple Pay. We do not accept American Express.

Payment may also be made via Direct Deposit (Electronic Funds Transfer - EFT on request).

How long does it take for my order to be delivered?

Orders will be processed within 3 business days of receipt. The estimated delivery time-frame will range between 2-5 days. Please note however, this is an indication only. At certain times of the year, it can go beyond this, therefore we recommend allowing up to 7 business days for deliveries.

Once your order has left our warehouse, you will be in the hands of Australia Post or the courier company, so please check your tracking number for all delivery updates.

Does someone need to be home to receive the order?

To ensure the safe delivery of your product(s), we do recommend that someone is available to receive your order. In circumstances where no one is present to receive the delivery, the delivery company or Australia Post may return your order to the nearest post office, or depot for collection, which may cause a potential delay in your delivery.

Our Refund Policy

As with most perishable food products, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind on any of our chocolate products. For further information, please see our section 7 of our Terms of Service for details of our Refund Policy.

Do you ship outside Australia?

No, at this stage we do not ship to locations outside of Australia. This is due to the risk involved in ensuring the arrival of our chocolates in good condition. We may do so in the future, we are working on it!
