Raspberry Ganache


Our raspberry ganache filling is something special. Made with extra love and the same filling we use in our award winning* special edition Raspberry Ganache Hearts - we start by de-seeding Australian raspberries and cooking them down into a reduction to ensure a punchy raspberry forward flavour. Mixed together with tempered, organic dark chocolate and a little organic coconut oil to create a smooth and tangy raspberry filling. Encased inside thin layers of organic dark chocolate.

INGREDIENTS: Dark Chocolate^ (cocoa mass, rapadura sugar, cocoa butter, cocoa powder), Australian raspberries (20%), coconut oil*, freeze dried raspberries (0.5%).
*certified organic ^min. 70% cocoa solids

ALLERGENS: May be present: tree nuts. May contain traces of dairy.

Made from local and imported ingredients.

STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS: Store in a dry, cool place (<22℃) out of direct sunlight.
