Refund policy

As with most perishable food products, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind on any of our chocolate products.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns once items have been delivered.

This policy does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If a product arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
