Here's how we make it extra special: the ganache is poured into delicate dark chocolate shells and left to crystallise overnight. Once it's perfectly set, we cap it with another thin layer of dark chocolate. To finish, we sprinkle it with freeze-dried raspberries for an extra burst of flavour.
