How much is delivery?

We deliver express Australia-wide at a flat rate of $15.

Orders $120 and over receive free express shipping, automatically applied at checkout.

What forms of payments do you accept?

We use Shopify Payments as our primary payment provider for all online orders; Shopify Payment supports Visa, Mastercard, Shop Pay, Google Pay and Apple Pay. We do not accept American Express.

Payment may also be made via Direct Deposit (Electronic Funds Transfer - EFT on request).

How long does it take for my order to be delivered?

Orders are processed within 3 business days of receipt.

Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days, however during busy periods delivery may take up to 7 business days.

Once your order leaves our warehouse, delivery is handled by Australia Post, courier, or local delivery service. Please refer to your tracking number for delivery updates.

To minimise the risk of parcels sitting in transit over the weekend, some orders may be held for dispatch early the following week.

During warmer weather we take care to pack orders appropriately. However once a parcel has been delivered, responsibility for storage transfers to the customer. We recommend bringing parcels inside as soon as possible to avoid exposure to heat.

As chocolate is sensitive to temperature changes, some cosmetic changes such as softening or bloom may occur during transit. These do not affect the safety or enjoyment of the product.

Does someone need to be home to receive the order?

To help ensure your chocolates arrive safely, we recommend someone is available to receive the delivery.

In circumstances where no one is present to receive the delivery, the delivery company or Australia Post may return your order to the nearest post office or depot for collection, which may cause a delay in your delivery.

If a parcel is left in a safe place or delivered according to the carrier’s instructions, responsibility transfers to the customer once delivery has been confirmed.

Our Refund Policy

As with most perishable food products, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind on any of our chocolate products. For further information, please see our section 7 of our Terms of Service for details of our Refund Policy.

Do you ship outside Australia?

No, at this stage we do not ship to locations outside of Australia. This is due to the risk involved in ensuring the arrival of our chocolates in good condition. We may do so in the future and are continuing to explore options.
